Finance & Admin Assistant (Part Time)

Are you a motivated, self-starter with a pleasant demeanour? Are you flexible and able to multi-task? The Finance & Administration Assistant will be responsible for a variety of tasks from debtor management, accounts payable, and general administrative tasks. This part-time role may appeal to prospective employees who require a degree of flexibility in their working week incorporating up to 25 hours per week.

What you’ll be doing:
  • Managing inbound accounts related customer queries
  • Debtor management to include billing tasks, collection of receipts and correspondence with customers re same
  • Recording transactions on the companys’ accounting system
  • Liaise with the customer service department in relation to cancellations and credit appeals and any ad hoc situations that may arise.
  • Updating the company’s CRM system as appropriate
  • Assisting with the procurement of goods/services as required
  • Assisting with the accounts payable function
  • Performing general office administration and organisation duties
  • Ad-hoc duties as required
We’d like you to have:
  •  2 years + experience in a similar role
  • Understanding of the Irish telecoms market desirable but not essential
  • Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
  • Strong computer skills
  • Experience with CRM system advantageous
  • Energetic, self-motivated and self-directed
  • Hardworking, enthusiastic, persistent and dependable
  • Excellent communication skills, able to demonstrate the proposition over the phone
  • Ensure a customer centric approach to all aspects of the role
  • Strong organisation skills and ability to take ownership
