Payment for your installation appointment (and router if necessary) prior to booking your appointment. A completed application pack will be passed to us from our Sales Team.

Depending on the package you’ve chosen, you will be entering a minimum contact term of 6 months (normally 12 months). Our contract T&C’s can be found here.

All invoices are issued via email during the first week of each month. You will not receive a bill via post unless specifically requested. This is subject to an admin fee of €1.50 per bill

You can choose to pay your account on an annual, bi-annual or monthly basis. A special discount is available for annual and bi-annual payments. All monthly bills are due for payment by 12:30pm on the last Thursday of each month.

Your Direct Debit will be drawn from your designated account between the 9th and 11th of each month.

We recommend the completion of a Direct Debit mandate (incl. in your application pack). Payment can also be made over the phone (071 917 4092) using a debit/credit card or by calling into our office. Cheques and Postal/Bank Money orders, made payable to “Fastcom Broadband Ltd”, are also accepted. Card/office transactions are subject to an administrative fee of €3.00 per transaction. Unfortunately not, for administrative reasons Direct Debits are taken within a specific timeframe only.

You will receive a call for our Accounts Team to request a payment over the phone or in office. We cannot try a second time for missed payments. A missed DD fee of €5.00 applies in this instance.

All accounts require 30 days’ notice and completion of termination documentation. Please contact us on 071 917 4092 or If you are still in contract you will be required to pay the remaining monthly payments in your contract term.

No problem, we will be able to relocate your service to your new address. We will send you a relocation form and set up an appointment when we get this back. Relocations are subject to a €50.00 call out fee.

Our phone packages have unlimited calls to Irish and UK landlines only, mobile and premium no. calls are charged to your account. Current rates can be found here.
